Garfield's Typing Pal

Garfield's Typing Pal 5.0 is a fun program to learn how to type. Through step by step lessons, this program will allow you to touch type in very few time.

You can customize the specifics of your course and your objectives. At the beginning of the program, you will be able to choose one of the three available personal assistants: Garfield, Odie or Arlene. The program will then allow to choose the course you want to take, since Beginner´s Level to Performance Level, Numeric Keypad Level, Independent Student or Customized. You´ll have to choose one of the two available typing methods: fingers on one line or on two lines. Garfield´s Typing Pal will show you the map of your course. You will have to complete a lesson to begin with the next one. During the lesson, and animation will be shown on the lower end of the window. The character in that animation will react in some way each time you fail, and when you finish the lesson. Garfield’s Typing Pal will inform you on your progress and will show you your statistics every time you finish a lesson.
